Not satisfied with the SEO work we’ve delivered? No worries. Let us know within 30 days of receiving it, and we’ll do our best to fix any issues and make the changes you need.

2. Cancelling a Project

If you need to cancel your project before it’s completed, please contact us as soon as possible.

• If we haven’t started yet, we’ll give you a full refund.

• If some work is already done, a cancellation fee may apply based on the progress.

• We’ll refund any remaining balance after deducting for work completed.

3. Refund Policy

Since our SEO services are custom-made for each client, we usually don’t offer refunds after work has started or is finished. However, we always want our clients to be happy, so:

• If something goes wrong or doesn’t meet expectations, we’ll work with you to find a solution.

• We’re open to making improvements or changes if there’s a clear issue.

• Full or partial refunds may be considered in rare cases, depending on the situation.

4. When Refunds Are Not Available

Refunds won’t be issued in the following cases:

• You change your mind after the project has begun.

• You don’t provide the required information or materials, causing delays.

• The service is completed as per the agreed scope.

• Delays caused by third-party tools, platforms, or algorithm changes.
